The EV350PV Passive Eaves Vent Kit is an Australian-designed passive ventilation system developed to work alongside 250mm wind-powered turbine ventilators and passive ridge ventilation systems.
Designed to introduce fresh outside air through the eaves, the EV300VP2 creates balanced airflow throughout the roof space, helping exhaust warm, moisture-laden air naturally while reducing condensation and mould build-up.
Developed for Australian conditions, the system assists builders in meeting the intent of the NCC 2025 roof space ventilation requirements while providing a simple, maintenance-free solution with no electrical power required.
The EV350PV is ideal for new homes, renovations and energy-efficient construction where improved roof ventilation, healthier roof spaces and long-term durability are priorities.
Typical Installation
For a typical 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Australian home (approximately 24 metres long):
- 3 × 250mm Wind-Driven Turbine Roof Ventilators
- 6 × EV300PV Passive Air Intake Eaves Vents
This provides balanced intake and exhaust ventilation across the roof space.
